My animation 'Animus per Machina' was recently screened in Toronto at the FEEDBACK FEMALE FILM FESTIVAL. As the title of the festival suggests I got a audience feedback video of my film (link below). https://femalefilmfestival.com/2019/01/22/animus-per-machina-short-film-audience-feedback-from-the-jan-2019-festival/ This was a short try-out how AR can work in Unity by using Vuforia. It uses a reference picture (here: CD case) and if it recognize the pattern, you can use it to project a 3D model on it. This was the prototype about a LSD trip in VR using Unity. One scene of it became my short animation 'Lucus'. It was made within one week. This work was showcased at the Open day of the Hanze University (11.11.17). I am currently changing my site and adding different projects I have done but I am still not finished. Here are the latest videos I uploaded:
This week i noticed that I had no video footage from my older games. Luckily I still had them scattered on my hard disks and decided to finally record them. Till now I have two videos of 'Rain of Life' from 2015 and 'Venari' from 2016. It is quite surprising to see older works again after a year or two and seeing them in a different way. I still have some footage left, which i upload in the next days.
This is a short video about my previous posts about the 'bug'concept with the Kinect. I made this 'swing' prototype for the Open day (05.11.2016) at the HanzeHogeschool Groningen. The player can swing like Spiderman through a handpainted world. It is for the HTC Vive and runs with Unity 5. It is still a very early prototype. The core mechanics are from the youtube channel 'Fuseman': https://youtu.be/hETJ_AgulgY |
