Had a sound problem with Chrome

In the past few days I noticed that all the sound especially music playing inside Chrome sounded really weak, no bass, etc...
I'm using Nahimic 2 for audio processing and found out that nothing changes with the sound in Chrome when I disable or enable it. However in every other application it worked fine...

The culprit was a new Chrome update!

To solve it (for people who have the same problem or who are just interested):

• type chrome://flags in the Chrome browser
• search for 'Causes audio output streams to check if channel layouts other than the default hardware layout are available.' and enable it
• relaunch browser

and problem solved!
